Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. Definitions
1.1 “Moonicar” refers to Moonicar.

1.2 “Client” refers to any individual or entity booking services from Moonicar.
1.3 “Driver” refers to any person employed or contracted by Moonicar to operate vehicles.
1.4 “Service” refers to the transportation services provided by Moonicar.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 All bookings must be made through the official Moonicar booking system, either via the website, mobile application, or by phone.
2.2 Bookings are only confirmed once the Client receives a confirmation notification from Moonicar.
2.3 Moonicar reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in section 6.2.
3.3 Additional charges may apply for services that exceed the original booking terms, including but not limited to extra mileage, waiting time, parking and tolls.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
4.1 Cancellations made by the Client with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 25 hours of the booking will incur a 20% charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged at the full fare.
4.2 Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Client Conduct and Safety
5.1 Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.
5.2 Moonicar reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if the Client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
5.3 If the Driver or Dispatcher suspects that a Client may be intoxicated, Moonicar reserves the right to cancel the booking at full fare.
5.4 If at any point the Driver feels unsafe due to the Client’s actions, Moonicar reserves the right to cancel the booking at full fare. If the Client is already in the vehicle, they will be asked to leave immediately.
6. Liability
6.1 Moonicar shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and mechanical failures.
6.2 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, Moonicar will endeavour to provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. If a replacement vehicle cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
6.3 Moonicar is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7. Complaints
7.1 Any complaints regarding the service must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the incident.
7.2 Moonicar will investigate all complaints and endeavour to respond within 14 days.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
9.1 Moonicar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Moonicar
